Job summary
Our verification solutions specialists are responsible for carrying out the investigations requested by our pre-employment and pre-lease clients, either by conducting professional reference checks, credit checks, criminal background checks, academic verifications, etc.
Would you like to learn more? Here are the responsibilities relating to the position :
- Contacting the candidate’s references
- Communicating with clients and/or candidates as required
- Conducting various checks (driver’s licenses, current landlord references, academic verifications, etc.)
- Performing a multitude of Internet searches
- Writing background check reports for clients
- Assisting the supervisor in training new employees.
Skill requirements
- High school diploma
- Bilingualism
- Advanced French and English written skills
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Customer service and/or call center experience is an asset
