Job summary

Our verification solutions specialists are responsible for carrying out the investigations requested by our pre-employment and pre-lease clients, either by conducting professional reference checks, credit checks, criminal background checks, academic verifications, etc.

Would you like to learn more? Here are the responsibilities relating to the position :

  • Contacting the candidate’s references
  • Communicating with clients and/or candidates as required
  • Conducting various checks (driver’s licenses, current landlord references, academic verifications, etc.)
  • Performing a multitude of Internet searches
  • Writing background check reports for clients
  • Assisting the supervisor in training new employees.

Skill requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Bilingualism
  • Advanced French and English written skills
  • Knowledge of Office Suite
  • Customer service and/or call center experience is an asset
